From 19 newsletter readers to Product Launch Formula

In 1996, Jeff was a stay-at-home dad, desperate to help support his family. He started an email newsletter, gave away valuable content and eventually offered a paid product. Instead of simply announcing it, he built anticipation — and the results changed his family’s life.

Over the following years, he refined the process with each new release, and other entrepreneurs started asking how he did it. That process became Product Launch Formula, first released in 2005. Jeff says that if you’ve seen someone launch online in a big way, they almost surely either learned from him or learned from someone who learned from him.
